About pourmeasure
pourmeasure helps homeowners and tradespeople turn measured pour dimensions into a material estimate without an account.
What you can do here
Estimate slabs, footings, solid round pours and post holes; combine multiple pours; compare concrete volume, bag counts and material-only prices. Each tool shows its units and calculation assumptions.
Who maintains pourmeasure
pourmeasure is an independent, browser-based estimating utility. The site publishes its formulas and source assumptions so you can verify a result by hand. It does not claim that every project has been reviewed by a licensed engineer or that a quantity estimate replaces approved plans.
Our approach
The tools favor clear inputs, visible arithmetic and published bag yields. They run in the browser, with no required login. We keep the working calculator before explanatory content so you can start immediately.
Why the tools exist
People often need more than a volume: a project can have different slab, footing and round pours, while the order must include an explicit allowance and the available purchasing units. pourmeasure keeps each measured pour visible and combines them into one estimate so an ordering decision can be checked line by line.
How we check calculations
Formulas are documented in our methodology. We compare published examples with hand calculations and run automated checks for the main and project calculators when changing the code. Product bag yields are examples from a linked manufacturer data sheet; visitors can enter the yield printed on their chosen product.
Pages are reviewed when formulas, product assumptions or a reported error change. The page credit shows the last update; it is not a claim of independent professional review.
Corrections and contact
If you find a calculation, source or accessibility issue, send the page URL, your inputs and the expected result to our contact address. We check reproducible reports against the formula before updating the page.
Important boundary
Calculating quantity is different from designing a structure. Consult the plans, local code, supplier and a qualified professional where structural safety or site conditions matter. See our calculation method for details, and verify the result against your plans.
